Description
DIGICEL-3000 is a laboratory model of real flotation machine. The system has been built incompliance with the scale towards industrial cells.
This device works based on known mechanisms of rotor- stator in which complete suspension of solid particles in solution are established. So that air bubbles in resulting suspension will be dispersed between solid particles and will be involved with them. In these situations, flotation process can be conducted for mixture types of solid with different specific weights, such as minerals, coal and pulp. The system has an automatic lifting system and an air blower shaft.
