     Laboratory mortar mill model MICROCLASS-200 designed to produce and prepare analytical homogenized samples.
   Grinding principal of  Microclass 200  is based  on rotation of a mortar by Electric Servo Motor that is exposed under pressure of the pestle. This case excentrical rotating pressure on sample grains and mix , homogenize and grind it to micro powder.


pestle pressure is adjustable by rotation of special screw .
 Sample grains feed by scraper between mortar and pestle , then crash and mix under eccentric pressure .
Motor mill model Microclass 200 is suitable to prepare micro powder of minerals , cement , clinker , stones , drugs , soils , ceramics , coal , seeds , petrochemical's products , glass ,…
This materials can feed as pulp , wet , dry , throw a charging chamber with transparent  cover window.

     Mortar rotation speed control between 10 – 110 Rpm by ± 1 RPM accuracy that combined by PLC, servomotor and 7 "HMI touch control monitor , otherwise the milling time can be adjustable  by HMI up to 5 hours , speed and remaining time continuously show on HMI display .
